[SONY IMX290 CMOS chip] Uses a SONY IMX290 CMOS chip with extremely high sensitivity. The back-illuminated (BSI) CMOS sensor can capture clear images of the sun and moon and planets.
[128MB DDR Buffer] The SV305 digital eyepiece has a built-in 128MB DDRII image buffer. The advantage of an image buffer is that the memory caches the image when the USB interface does not work or is interrupted. Make sure all frames in the shot are sent to the computer. The frame is not lost and there is no damage.
[ROI function included] The SV305 digital eyepiece has an ROI function and can capture local details of celestial objects at a high frame rate. The sensor reads a small region of interest (ROI) and sets the resolution without changing the scale of the captured image.
[Range of use] Long exposure can reach 30 minutes, so very good image quality can be obtained. Three frame rates can be selected: high speed, medium speed, and low speed, and various hardware are applied to meet the needs of celestial observation and photography.
[High adaptability and scope of use] Windows system supports Sharpcap software ASCOM, PHD2, Linux systems AstroDMX, Raspberry Pi, etc.
