How to use the product: Adults and children over 2 years old: Squeeze toothpaste onto a toothbrush. Brush your teeth thoroughly, preferably after each meal, at least twice but not more than three times a day, or as directed by a dentist or doctor. Be careful not to swallow and spit it out after brushing. For children under 6 years of age, use pea-sized amounts to minimize swallowing and supervise brushing and rinsing of mouth until good habits are established.
