What it is This gentle toner pad is formulated with Cica-7 Complex to calm, moisturize and strengthen easily irritated skin. Enriched with highly concentrated centella asiatica extracts to soothe and fortify skin's barrier and mentha aquatica extract for cooling effect. Free of parabens, alcohol, sulfates, mineral oil and artificial fragrances.
