If the connection drops or the sound skips: The Bluetooth signal can be affected by obstacles such as walls, pillars, home appliances, Wi-Fi, etc. To ensure a stable connection, please try the following: 1. Download and listen to music instead of streaming from a music streaming app. 2. If you are using an Android device, temporarily close any apps running in the background. 3. Reset your earbuds (see "How do I reset my earbuds" section). 4. If possible, try using another device and see if the problem is resolved.
How to reset: 1. With the charging case open, put both earbuds back into the charging case. 2. Press and hold the button on the back of the charging case for at least 10 seconds until the LED indicator on the charging case flashes red three times.

Please note
