What payment methods does Coolbe accept?
On Coolbe you have different options for paying for your orders.
Payment by credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, AMEX, Discover, etc.)
Paying by card is a convenient and familiar payment method when shopping online. Simply enter your card details and confirm payment if necessary.
Bank Transfer (Sofort, iDeal, Giropay, Trustly, Blik, Przelewy24, Bancontact, EPS)
Payment is made via online banking. The amount will be transferred directly from your bank account.
Klarna (Pay Now, Pay Over Time, Pay Later, Pay in 3)
Select Klarna when on checkout and then select the payment schedule that works for you. After completing the payment you can control your orders and write-offs in the Klarna app. Find more information on the Klarna website. Choose your country, then "Help" then "Customer Support".
E-Wallet (PayPal)
These digital wallets are convenient because you don't need a bank account or credit/debit card to set them up. The e-wallets have a separate balance, but you can also link your credit/debit card or bank account to them and pay for your orders directly.
Google Pay and Apple Pay
These are mobile payment systems that you can use to pay for items and services in stores, apps and websites. They offer you a combination of secure payment processes with high data security.
Multibanco
This payment method is exclusive to customers in Portugal. You can pay for your orders via Multibanco reference, in addition to MB Net virtual cards (MB Way) for online purchases. If you need more information about Multibanco payments, click here.
How do I choose or change a payment method?
- Select a product. Click on "Buy" to put the item in your cart and proceed to checkout.
- Depending on the country you operate in, you will see all available payment solutions.
- Choose the payment method convenient for you and click on "Buy" button.
Why is my payment being declined?
If you have trouble paying with a credit or debit card, check the following:
• Your card has not expired/been frozen by the bank or is not on the list of suspicious cards.
• You have sufficient funds.
• You've entered your payment details (the card number, expiration date, CVV code) and the 3DS code (if required) correctly.
• The recipient's personal details (phone number, email, first and last name) are correct.
• The online purchase feature is enabled.
• You're not using a VPN, proxy, or other similar service designed to establish an encrypted connection.
If you've checked all of the above but the problem still persists, try another card or a different payment method. In case none of that works, get in touch with the Coolbe support team by email support@coolbe.es — we'll do our best to figure it out!
Please note:
Your purchases on Coolbe may be subject to specific sales, custom, or value-added taxes which will be applicable to your orders and shall be paid by you. When ordering on Coolbe you act as an importer of goods and must fully comply with all laws and regulations of the country to which you order products.
Prices displayed on Coolbe include applicable VAT and other taxes (if any applicable to the product and your contract for purchase of such product).
VAT and other taxes amounts may be adjusted after you specify the full address. In any case such adjustment will be made before the payment stage, so you know the exact and full amount you shall pay for the order. In case there are shipping costs, they are also displayed on Coolbe site. The total cost of the order is the price of the ordered products and the delivery costs (if any). Additional costs such as custom taxes may be applicable to your orders.
