Product usage: Children aged 3 to 7 years: Chew one tablet daily. Children and adults over 7 years of age: Chew 1 tablet 1 to 2 times daily or as directed by a doctor. Chew or crush the tablet thoroughly before swallowing. Do not swallow the tablets whole.
