The "set" came without scarves. Support did not resolve this issue satisfactorily either. The hat itself is nice, but there is no pro-customer attitude - they did not want to start a conversation regarding the complaint - they immediately wrote about a refund. I do not recommend

It's really great, only the thing on the neck smells very bad and dirty with a purple color. I'm very disappointed it gives the impression that it was worn by someone😥 The hat is perfect
Arrived a few days later as it should. Everything was washed directly, very comfortable and warm. Could be a little bigger but otherwise great. color as in the pictures
