In the range of 620-850 degrees, and with silver -based solder, silver brazing copper and copper alloy, copper and stainless steel, can effectively dissolve the various metal oxides, fueling solder overflow.
Function:
1. melting, covering and isolating to prevent oxidation
2. Clean the weld surface
3. Participate in flow brazing/fusion welding
Matters needing attention:
1. Clean the oil, oxide and other pollutants on the surface of brazing components and solder.
2. Before welding, the workpiece must be preheated to about 500, and a proper amount of brazing agent should be coated on the electrode.
3. After welding, clean the welding seam to prevent corrosion of residual flux.
4. It should be stored in a dry and damp-proof place.
Welding operation:
1. Mix and paste welding powder with purified water.
2. Apply paste to the mouth of welded workpiece, or preheat brazing and brazing alloy first.
3. Use brazing alloy rod with brazing powder. The welding gap should not be too large. Typically 0.01-0.05mm ..
In flame brazing, neutral welding is usually used. During operation, avoid using flame to heat brazing alloy and welding powder.
