Myo-Folate combines myo-inositol and folate, ingredients that support fertility and preconception health.*
Myo-inositol is a member of the B vitamin family, and has been studied as an insulin-sensitizing agent that supports egg quality and ovarian health.*
Adequate intake of folic acid may reduce the risk of neural tube defects. Myo-Folate contains methylfolate, the active form of folic acid used by the body.*
• Formulated to support healthy ovulation in healthy, trying-to-conceive women.
• Each packet provides 2,000 mg of myo-inositol and 333 mcg of methylfolate.
• An unflavored powder that mixes with water or juice and is easy on the stomach.

Directions for Use:
