The maximum drag force is when the drag lever can be easily pushed to the maximum.
Turn the just knob in the MORE direction, and the value that appears when the line is almost unwound is the maximum drag force.
The value obtained when the line is wound a specified amount is the maximum practical drag force.
If the drag lever does not rise easily, the just knob is turned too much.
