Item arrived damaged and broken. The box is crushed.....I will then ask you for a refund, thank you...🙏🏼....I sent you several complaints messages to customer service with photos of the problem, broken item and I have no answer ???? I don't understand this disrespectful attitude, especially since I've been a Joom customer for several years.... 😡

Fully consistent with the description and photos. Arrived well packaged and fairly quickly. It supports both my smartphone and my tablet which makes it particularly useful. I am completely satisfied.

Super fast delivery (3 weeks). However, it arrived somehow damaged. At any rate, it does not look new. There are spots and scratches on the plastic. The functionality is alright, yet it does not look optically so nice.
