Hip Fit has the largest EMS output (maximum 60V) in the history of the SIXPAD Powersuit series, and focuses on the gluteus maximus, which is especially large in the hips.
You can aim for healthy hips by efficiently training the gluteus maximus, which cannot be strengthened through daily movements alone.
Turn the device over and wet the electrodes, then turn it over and put it on while pulling the device so that the plate is in front of your stomach (left side). Attach the controller to the plate, set the EMS strength to your desired level, and start training. *There are 20 levels.
By using specially processed fibers as electrodes, electricity can be applied for long periods of time with just a small amount of water. It does not deteriorate easily and can be washed at home and used repeatedly.
