Directions for product use: Do not crush, chew, or crush tablets. Take with a glass of water. This product may be taken with or without meals. Adults and children 12 years and older: Take 1 tablet every 12 hours. Do not take more than 2 tablets in 24 hours. Do not use in children under 12 years of age.
