3 stars because despite 5g coming from the router, the repeater only forwards to 2.4g and it is not adjustable. Packed in a bag, it's a miracle that not everything is broken like with other buyers here! Setup was quick via WPS, but the repeater was not displayed under its name anywhere in the router (Fritz!Box). So I could only find it in the list using my smartphone. The repeater cannot be reached using a PC with a cable connected to the router using a browser. Access to the settings using a smartphone is possible using the IP on the device, but access is not protected.. 2 antennas were probably out of the holder during transport...but I was able to snap them back into place. Instructions are rubbish (to put it mildly) :(( 0.02 point font is only readable with a microscope, that's not possible! Is paper so expensive in China??
I checked! ✓ After a free distance wall of 75 meters 2.5G the connection is lost, but with 5G the connection is lost at 40 meters, but over two 40 cm walls in Cotileț the connection is lost! It should at least up to 200 meters from 270 meters according to the product description! ✓ We cannot use with two 220V sockets, because there is too much volume, it is above the second socket (useless)! ✓ Connection to the Fi-Wi Repeater Menu by IP-address, it is not safe, it does not update with the password after accessing your own password in "Advanced Settings" - "Change Password" ! ✓ Losing connection every few minutes! My network does not lose network connection!
It also has 5g, but not 1200 mbps but about 320 mbps and it's still ahead of 2.4 which only has 74 mbps.. Disconnects for a few seconds. I suppose that the speed of 500mbps or even 1200 which I don't think is real, can be taken directly via cable that can connect to this router. But again you have to be close to the main router. But what will be the point? Disconnects frequently 👎👎
