An offshore spinning reel with improved waterproofing, durability, and rotational performance. Catalina's 2016 model has a reputation for durability and operability that are comparable to Saltiga. The main shaft is equipped with a "mag shield" and the line roller section is equipped with a "mag shield ball bearing." Not only has the waterproof performance been strengthened, but the initial movement and efficiency of the line roller has been greatly improved. Furthermore, it is equipped with an ATD (automatic drag system) that uses carbon washers to ensure a smooth start and continuous drag. Another feature of ATD in large SW reels is that there is little power change in the drag setting value. The drive gear and other parts have been revised to make it even more durable, making it a machine you can rely on in the offshore scene.
