The correct installation method for spring shock absorbers includes the following steps:
1. Preparation before installation: Firstly, ensure that the model and specifications of the shock absorber are correct. For JB type spring shock absorber Q, a temporary wooden platform with the same height as the shock absorber can be placed at the equipment installation site.
2. Installation steps:
·Remove the upper nut assembly of the fixed bolt, loosen the lower nut assembly to lower the full tooth bolt, in order to place the shock absorber in the installation position.
·According to the position of the fixing hole for the foundation bolt, embed the foundation bolt in the installation position and place the shock absorber in the correct installation position of the equipment.
·Adjust the lower nut assembly to raise the full threaded bolt to level with the equipment installation location, and slightly tighten the upper nut assembly
·Use an open-end wrench to adjust the nut clockwise, so that the spring is pressed down under force, and stop when the temporary wooden platform can be removed
Stop adjusting· Finally, fully tighten the fixed bolts and complete the installation and adjustment of the shock absorber. 3. Precautions: After installation, check the downward pressure of the spring to ensure the shock absorption effect. If the spring pressure indicates insufficient load, it is necessary to replace the specification with a larger load. In addition, safety should be taken into account during the installation process, and the condition of the shock absorbers should be regularly checked to ensure their normal operation.
Selection and installation environment of spring shock absorbers: Spring shock absorbers are widely used in air conditioning units, fire-fighting facilities, exhaust systems and other equipment to reduce vibration and noise during equipment operation. Choosing the appropriate shock absorber model requires calculation based on factors such as equipment weight, operating status, and exhaust volume to ensure that the number and specifications of shock absorbers meet the requirements.
